Chale, que mal plan que existan personas que no quiera ayudar a esta pobre fémina, entiendo que tal ves no tengan tiempo, que tal ves tengan cosas que para cada quien sean mas importantes que ayudar al próximo, pero chale…

Bueno por ahí no iba el tema central sino el desahogo del WTF con la bendita burocracia en dichos departamentos de donación, donde se requieren ciertas claves para poder ser parte de los beneficios que otorgan, refiriéndome a que siempre te piden que alguien done sangre para poder operar a tu individuo en desgracia, y en ocasiones no solo a un pobre wey q ni vela en el entierro tiene (cruz cruz) si no varios.

Ok, entiendo que exista escases de recursos, entiendo que necesiten estar preparados por si una ondanada de pigeons zombies ataca, pero no me jodas… no pude donar por que había comido una fuckin galleta de cacahuate, me presento al dia siguiente, ya saben, 7 am, lo mas positivamente buena vibrante posible, y zas, como 40 cabrones de la policía donando sangre, ni madres!!! Les estaban haciendo antidoping io creo, sin embargo dont disturbe, continuo en mi mood de serenidad y paz para todos… total, llega mi hora de las preguntas, y zas, resulta que de buena onda me dicen que no done mi preciada sangre, pues tienen de sobra… O_o

que solo me darán una carta condonación donde se explica que por una norma quiensabequetu no podre donar, pero le darán al paciente al que fui a ayudar una unidad de sangre en mi nombre… VETE AL CARAJO BURACRACIA!!! La pobre señora a la que fui a ayudar tenia mas de una semana buscando a alguien para que donara sangre para que pudieran operar a su madre.. UNA BENDITA SEMANA!!! Y tenían sangre de sobra pero necesitaban a fuerzas a alguien que les diera un cuartito de vida, no ma…

HECHO

El 4 de abril de 2006 el candidatazo Felipillo Calderon, (no el de Mafalda, sin que importen las similitudes…)de el debilitado PAN por las chentadas, propuso eliminar el pago de la tenencia vehicular como impuesto federal y dejar en libertad a los Estados que quisieran efectuar ese cobro como un gravamen local.

“Yo como Presidente voy a proponer al Congreso que la tenencia se derogue, porque no estoy de acuerdo con su pago”, dijo Calderón en un desayuno con su propia gente de partido….. igual io a mi gente lo que quiere, pero bueno… y ahí se comprometió a que el populo pagaría menos impuestos… hasta hace poco a mi los impuestos me eran

Hoy en Internet se puede ver mensajes como: “Yo tampoco estoy de acuerdo con el pago de la tenencia 2007, fue una promesa de campaña de Calderón y tiene que cumplirla, ya basta de promesas no cumplidas a los mexicanos. Ya no podemos dejarnos más del Gobierno”.

La cadena en Internet exhorta a todos los automovilistas mexicanos a que digan un “rotundo no al pago de la tenencia”.

DATO ESTUPIDO

En ningún país de la tierra se paga un Impuesto por usar un auto, si se paga en todo el mundo el impuesto por comprarlo, que es muy diferente que usarlo y tenerlo lo que es el impuesto por tenenencia y uso de un automovil, este impuesto se inventó cuando se realizaron los juegos Olimpicos en Mexico 1968 el Gobierno en turno le pidió ayuda a la ciudadania para sufragar los gastos que los Juegos Olimpicos costarían a México…. LLEVAME EL CARAJO!!!

La Comisión de Hacienda de la Cámara de Diputados acordó eliminar el Impuesto a la Tenencia o Uso de Vehículos a partir del 1 de febrero de 2011.

De acuerdo con el dictamen avalado por los partidos Revolucionario Institucional, Acción Nacional y Nueva Alianza, se destaca que a partir del 1 de febrero del 2011 desaparecerá dicho gravamen que se cobra a todos los propietarios de vehículos.

La propuesta original enviada por el presidente Felipe Calderón a la Cámara de Diputados contemplaba la desaparición de dicho impuesto, el cual deja una recaudación promedio de 22 mil millones de pesos al año. “Esta dictaminadora considera conveniente adelantar la fecha de la abrogación de la Ley del Impuesto Sobre Tenencia o Uso de Vehículos, a partir del 1 de febrero de 2011″, señala el documento aprobado.

Durante la sesión de este jueves se prevé que el pleno legislativo analice y apruebe los siete dictámenes de la Reforma Fiscal.

Opinion de la estupidez virtual

Ahora bien, hace mas de un mes circula una bendita cadena promoviendo el NO al pago de la tenencia de este 2008… que exijamos el cumplimiento de la promesa electoral del Edil nacional, una promesa que de acuerdo a opiniones comunes, intelectuales, estúpidas, hace su papel, bien o mal, depende de los ojos con que se observe…

Una cadena que nació de la promesa por un México justo, un impuesto que ayudo en su momento a un país y en este momento beneficia solo a algunos… en fín, el punto es que esta derogación ya se presento ante el senado, ya se aprobó, e incluso ya se dictamino que se eliminara el 1ero de Febrero de mil 9 11!!! A nivel federal, OJO, esto indica que se eliminar a solo un nivel sin embargo se delimita dicha aberración a lo estatal, cada edo, determinara el monto y si la cobra o no… any change for somebody???

Como sea, antes de contestar y reenviar alguna estupidez por el solo hecho de ser populista, por que no primero nos informamos y decidimos si podemos permitir algo que realmente nos ofrezca un cambio de verdad, animo México es tu pueblo, y por lo menos para mi, es lo mejor que me pasa… dia a dia.

PD.- Se que es otro tema, pero alguien sabe por que se aprobaron algunos puntos de la reforma energética… digo a fondo no fue nada relevante que ayude al país, pero el PRD lo “logro”, creo que ahí existe algo de por medio, un convenio, pero cual será, una “buena imagen de el PRD para la presidencia???”
